These days we all travel extensively, often as a family in the same car. Whilst we do not think about tragedy it can happen and it is as well to take this into account when drafting your Will.

The most obvious beneficiaries in such circumstances are your respective families, parents, brothers and sisters. You may wish to include friends, and your favourite charities.

Where you and your spouse or partner are both making a Will it is preferable that your Wills are identical at this stage. If they are not, the unexpected or unwanted result may be that the survivor’s family could benefit to the exclusion of the other (deceased) persons family, which you may not want to happen.

Whether you're single, married, divorced, living with your partner, a parent or expecting children, making a Valid Will is crucial if you're going to ensure that your loved ones are provided for.
